Job Description

Technical Expertise:

Minimum 58 years of experience in SAP.
End-to-end implementation experience or at least one successful SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP PP/QM rollout.
Strong experience in SAP PP/QM business process configuration, data migration, and integration with other logistics modules.
Good knowledge of master data related to PP and QM, including Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Methods, Inspection Plans, Inspection Setup in Material Masters, Sampling Procedure, Sampling Scheme, Dynamic Modification Rule, Quality Information Record, Material Master setup for MRP, Work Centers, Routing, and Production Versions.
Experience implementing SAP PP business processes, including Make to Stock, Make to Order, Repetitive, Production Sub-contracting, Sales & Operation Planning, Long Term Planning, and Material Planning processes.
Knowledge of shop floor management and production order management.
Understanding of quality notifications and related processes.
Experience in either discrete manufacturing or process manufacturing environments.

Training & Certification:

Preferred SAP certification in any module: SAP PP, QM, PM, MM, or SD.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
