Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 57 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and cross-module integration. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PP processes, S/4HANA migration exposure, and integration with QM, MM, and CO modules. The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, configuration, and business process optimization in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) including configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience in Material Master, Bill of Material (BOM), Work Center, Routing, and Production Version setup and maintenance.
- Involved in PP Master Data Migration from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of:
- Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO) & Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Consumption-Based Planning
- Batch Management
- Capacity Planning
- Reservation Processes
- MRP execution and monitoring
Integration experience:
- PP QM: In-process inspection during Production Orders and inspection after Goods Receipt.
- PP MM: Goods Movements, Backflushing, Purchase Requisitions, and Subcontracting process.
- PP CO: Costing, Activity Pricing, Work Center costing, Activity Types coordination with Controlling team.
Experience in configuring and executing Shop Floor Activities, including:
- Creation and conversion of Planned Orders
- Production Order processing
- Printing shop papers
- Goods Movements
- Order Confirmations
- Availability Check
- Detailed Scheduling
Strong exposure to Quality Management (QM) configuration, including:
- Inspection Plans
- Inspection Types
- Catalogs, Code & Code Groups
- Control Indicators
- QM Control Keys
- End-to-end testing of inspection execution across Production, Procurement, Stock Transfer, and Sales.
- Experience in Go-Live activities, Hypercare, and Post Go-Live Support.
- Conducted End-User Training and prepared user documentation.
