Senior SAP PMO Consultant

Location: Offshore (India) | Type: Full-Time (On Payroll) | Availability: Immediate Joiner

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP PMO Consultant with 10+ years of hard-core SAP experience to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. Offshore-based role requiring international project exposure. Requires strong governance, organizational change management, and full-cycle implementation expertise.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of hardcore SAP experience, including 5+ years in PMO roles
• Lifecycle Implementation: 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Brownfield/Greenfield/Migration, etc.)
• Change Management: Strong knowledge of organizational change management processes
• International Exposure: Prior experience working on international client projects (mandatory)
• Availability: Immediate joiner only
• Employment: Full-time on company payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage PMO governance framework, project plans, and status reporting.
• Drive organizational change management activities across the program
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and business workstreams
• Track deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support all phases: blueprint, design, testing, cutover, and go-live
• Interface directly with client stakeholders and program leadership
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet quality standards

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of hard-core SAP experience with significant PMO focus
• 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Brownfield/Greenfield/Migration, etc.)
• Strong organizational change management knowledge
• Prior exposure to international client projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with PMO tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)

Good-to-Have

• SAP Activate Certification (strong plus)
• SAP S/4HANA implementation exposure

Note: Client-facing experience, communication skills, and proactive ownership carry as much weight as technical PMO skills. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience in project governance and change management during interviews.
