Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Conduct detailed business and system analysis to define functional and technical requirements for maintenance, calibration, and quality processes.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and postgo-live support.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (QM, PP, MM, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Optimize asset management and maintenance processes, covering equipment lifecycle, preventive and predictive maintenance, notifications, work orders, and calibration.
- Enhance quality control processes, such as inspection planning, quality notifications, test equipment management, and non-conformance reporting.
- Design and implement integration solutions leveraging the latest SAP technical architecture and S/4HANA capabilities.
- Drive innovation through SAP Fiori applications that improve usability and user engagement.
- Collaborate on SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, leveraging new functionalities such as Predictive Maintenance, IoT integration, and Digital Quality Management.
- Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, and transitions, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
- Mentor project teams, deliver key user training, and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Ensure the solution aligns with end-to-end business process requirements across technical operations, systems, interfaces, and platforms.
- Collaborate with program and business teams to maintain continuous businessIT alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT Architecture, Master Data, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance.
- Own and manage the inventory of WRICEFs (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) for the maintenance area.
- Author and review functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts for SAP PM/EAM solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in SAP PM, including full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects, preferably with exposure to calibration and QM processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, functional specification writing, and testing cycles.
- Understanding of SAP technical architecture, including ABAP debugging, integration frameworks, and middleware.
- In-depth understanding of the SAP Fiori architecture and user experience design principles.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management data models, technical functions, and integration points; exposure to Quality Management processes preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering ERP solutions in global or regulated environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or asset-intensive sectors.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Mobile Asset Management, SAP IoT services, and advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 55001, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of SAP PM master data, maintenance notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, calibration, and refurbishment processes.
- Proven experience in integration with Procurement, Warehouse (SAP EWM), Production, Quality, Finance, and other external systems.
- At least 3 years experience delivering SAP cloud-based EAM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly within large, multinational organizations.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating across distributed teams.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with experience managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with system validation, documentation, and testing of validated systems (GxP environments preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, utilities, or energy sectors.
- Hands-on experience with instrument calibration processes.
- Proven track record in SAP PM/QM rollouts across global or multi-site organizations.
- Exposure to AI-driven predictive maintenance or quality analytics.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and related tools.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
SAP certifications in PM/QM and/or S/4HANA are highly desirable
