SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module and will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the system to enhance plant maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement plant maintenance processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PM module based on business requirements.
• Perform system testing and provide user training on SAP PM functionalities.
• Analyze maintenance data and generate reports for management review.
• Support end-users in resolving issues related to the SAP PM module.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations and user procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding maintenance practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and custom development for PM.
• Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules like MM and SD.
• Knowledge of maintenance management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
