Job Description:

We are looking for experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) professionals with strong expertise in maintenance processes, SAP PM configuration, and business requirement analysis. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering effective SAP PM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Plant Maintenance.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to technical and functional decisions.
Support process improvements and optimize maintenance workflows.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Participate in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle activities.
Support system integration and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
Knowledge of maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work orders.
Understanding of equipment, functional locations, notifications, and maintenance plans.
Experience in business requirement analysis and solution design.
Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Eligibility: 15 years of full-time education.
