Position: SAP PM Functional Consultant

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Bhopal / Work from office / 6 days a week / 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of maintenance and fleet operations within SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance, asset management, and fleet operations.

· Configure and support SAP PM functionalities including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

· Manage Equipment & Functional Location Management, Work Orders, Notifications, and Maintenance Planning.

· Handle fleet maintenance processes including vehicle/equipment servicing, fuel management, tyre tracking, and utilization monitoring.

· Support maintenance scheduling and breakdown analysis for heavy equipment and fleet assets.

· Handle end-to-end SAP PM project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.

· Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI, CO, PS, and fleet-related third-party systems.

· Prepare FRS documents, process flows, test scenarios, and user manuals.

· Coordinate with ABAP and BASIS teams for custom developments and issue resolution.

· Support AMS activities including incident management, enhancements, and change requests.

· Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM functional consulting.

· Experience in fleet management and heavy equipment maintenance processes.

· Expertise in maintenance planning, work order management, and asset lifecycle management.

· Experience in SAP PM integration with MM, PS, and FI modules.

· Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes.

· Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

· SAP PM certification preferred.

· Experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, mining, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

· Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment preferred.

· Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and mobility solutions for maintenance and fleet operations is a plus.
