About the Role
SAP Middleware & Integration Specialist will focus on SAP S/4HANA BTP integration efforts and also lead the initiatives integrating internal ERP Systems and external third-party systems. This role will support a global template of SAP S/4HANA BTP-IS rollout, ensuring seamless integration, performance optimization, and compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and defining integration requirements for SAP CPI projects.
- Solution Design: Creating a high-level architecture for data integration solutions, including mapping data flows, selecting appropriate adapters, and defining interfaces between systems.
- Development and Configuration: Hands-on development of integration flows within SAP CPI, including mapping design, message transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
- Integration Testing and Validation: Performing thorough testing of integration flows to ensure data accuracy and system compatibility.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying integration flows to production environments and providing ongoing support for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Lead SAP PI/PO migration to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with global teams to support the SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring integration aligns with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Develop documentation for integration processes, best practices, and system configurations.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with SAP standards.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Support change management and participate in the global CAB (Change Approval Board).
- Ensure security and compliance in all integration processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors in engineering or equivalent
Required Skills
- 7 to 10+ yrs SAP PI/PO, CPI
- 3+ yrs SAP BTP Full-cycle S/4 implementation & PO migration to Cloud Foundry
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration and middleware technologies.
- Experience in API-based integration and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, and Open Connectors.
