We are looking for an experienced SAP Performance Testing Lead to support a large-scale S/4HANA Transformation Program for the next 4–6 weeks.

Location: Remote – India
Contract Duration: 4–6 Weeks
Engagement Type: Contract / Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP performance testing strategy and execution for S/4HANA transformation programs
- Define performance test approach, workload modelling, execution planning, and reporting
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders, project teams, and delivery leadership
- Drive test planning, execution management, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning discussions
- Provide regular status reports, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure testing coverage across integrated SAP landscapes and critical business processes
Required Experience
- Strong experience in SAP Performance Testing for S/4HANA programs
- Expertise in end-to-end performance test planning and execution
- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools
- Experience managing customer communication and executive reporting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to SAP Basis / SAP Architecture performance considerations
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
