Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Payroll operations (US/Canada) including on-cycle, off-cycle, retro, year-end activities, W2/W2C, tax, deductions, and benefits.
  • Configure and support SAP HR modules: PA, OM, Time, Payroll, wage types, schemas, PCRs, features, infotypes, and payroll posting.
  • Analyze and resolve payroll issues, discrepancies, and SLA-based incident tickets using tools like ServiceNow/Jira.
  • Perform UAT/BAT, execute test cases, validate payroll results, and handle release & year-end activities (HRSPs, calendars).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and support integrations (SAP, Payroll systems).
  • Support data audits, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for optimization, documentation, and process improvements.

Skills Required

  • SAP HR/SAP HCM (69 years)with strong hands-on in Payroll (US/Canada).
  • Strong expertise in PCRs (read/write), schemas, wage type config, and payroll process cycles.
  • Experience with ticketing tools(ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, year-end updates, HRSPs.
  • Good understanding of Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management.
  • Experience in Agile environments and working with remote/large teams.
  • Good communication, problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, and data validation skills.
