Job Description

  • Enable insurance profitability and performance management through SAP PaPM process implementation and continuous refinement.
  • Design and implement financial models to support accurate insurance calculations and decision-making.
  • Ensure PaPM data and processes comply with insurance accounting standards to deliver reliable reporting.
  • Integrate SAP PaPM with existing financial systems to improve operational efficiency and automate processes where possible.
  • Prepare and maintain PaPM and insurance accounting documentation to enhance staff knowledge and proficiency.
  • Continuously adapt and optimize PaPM strategies to align with changing business environments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP experience, with 1220 years of overall professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) modules, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Experience in implementing financial models, integrating SAP solutions, and automating business processes.
  • Solid understanding of insurance accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to document processes, train teams, and provide support for end-users.
