Cosima Solutions is expanding its global SAP Supply Chain practice and is seeking experienced SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultants to join our offshore delivery team. Role Description
- Provide functional and technical support for the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Configure and manage procurement modules including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.
- Ensure seamless integration between MM and FICO modules for GR/IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.
- Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.
- Support Sourcing, Vendor Master, and Pricing configurations and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and U.S. stakeholders for deployment and support deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Propose continuous improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- 310 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / P2P configuration and support.
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay cycle from requisition creation to vendor payment.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global support environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Purchase Order processing, Release Strategies, GR/IR clearing, and Invoice Verification.
- Strong integration experience with FICO (Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, Tax, and Payment Terms).
- Exposure to S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba integration, or SRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with GST, Tax Procedure, and Vendor Portal functionalities.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in onshoreoffshore delivery models.
