Job Description
We are running a multi-year, multi-wave SAP S/4HANA transformation with a global template deployed across regions, replacing a mix of SAP ECC and non-SAP legacy ERPs. This role owns the Order-to-Cash process area end to end: designing to the global template, defending standardization against local exception requests, configuring and testing, and standing behind the solution through cutover and hypercare. This is a hands-on functional role, not a coordination role. You will configure the system yourself, sit with business process owners to resolve design conflicts, and be accountable for OTC stability after go-live.
Senior Consultant —10+ years
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience in SD / Order-to-Cash, with substantial hands-on ECC (SD, LE) background.
- Minimum two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or conversion) with OTC ownership through go-live and hypercare.
- Demonstrated configuration depth — you have personally built and defended the configuration, not just reviewed it.
- Experience in a global template environment with multi-country / multi-company-code rollouts. Strong functional specification writing and defect management discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Lead / Principal Consultant — 15+ years
- All of the above, plus: 15+ years in SAP, including 5+ in a lead or solution-architect capacity for OTC.
- Three or more full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, at least one as OTC stream lead across multiple deployment waves.
- Proven record leading distributed teams and managing system integrator delivery quality. Experience integrating non-SAP legacy ERP processes into an SAP global template (M&A or divestiture context preferred).
Lead / Principal level (15+ yrs)
- Act as the OTC solution authority across waves; arbitrate between regional variants and protect template integrity.
- Mentor and quality-review the work of consultants and system integrator resources; hold the SI accountable for deliverable quality and staffing continuity.
- Lead process harmonization across acquired or legacy entities and shape the OTC target operating model.
- Represent OTC in program governance, deployment readiness reviews, and executive design authority forums.
