Job Summary

Quadric IT is hiring an experienced OneStream consultant to support enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and close. You will work with finance and technology stakeholders to design, configure, enhance and support OneStream solutions integrated with the SAP landscape, as part of our Hyderabad delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support OneStream solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.
• Design and maintain applications, cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows and business rules.
• Configure consolidation processes: intercompany eliminations, currency translation and ownership calculations.
• Support financial close, account reconciliation, management reporting and statutory reporting.
• Build and maintain data integrations between OneStream, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and other systems.
• Build forms, dashboards and reports for finance users.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, scenario modelling and variance analysis.
• Perform data validation, reconciliations, unit and integration testing, and issue resolution.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration.
• Provide production support, documentation, user training and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Required skills

• Hands-on OneStream experience, preferably across both implementation and support projects.
• Strong grasp of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial close.
• OneStream application architecture, dimensions, cubes, workflows and business rules.
• Intercompany accounting, currency translation, ownership and consolidation methodologies.
• Data integration, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Working with financial data from SAP FI/CO and other ERPs.
• Developing reports, dashboards, forms and workflow-based processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
  
  

Preferred skills

• OneStream certification or formal platform training.
• OneStream integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and multi-entity consolidation.
• OneStream Planning, Financial Close and reporting capabilities.
• Exposure to scripting (VB.NET), SQL and advanced configuration.
• CA, CMA, ICWA or MBA (Finance) background is a plus.
