Role requirements

8+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience spanning MM, Inventory Management, and

Warehouse Management on SAP S/4HANA; at least 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery for small to mid-sized projects; strong PM/engagement

management fundamentals and deadline discipline.

Expertise in:

o MM/IM: enterprise structure, procurement, LIV, account determination, pricing, special

procurements, batch management.

o WM/EWM: warehouse org design; inbound/outbound/physical inventory; HU and

packaging; slotting/replenishment; RF/mobile and Fiori apps; wave management;

exception handling; 3PL/automation integration.

Strong cross-module integration knowledge with SD, PP, QM, PM, and Ariba/Coupa.

Demonstrated experience preparing BPDs, configuration docs, Functional Specs, test

plans/scripts; managing SIT/UAT and cutover.

Proficiency with WRICEF/RICEFW, interfaces, and enhancements; collaboration with technical

teams.

Data migration experience using LSMW, LTMC, and SAP S/4 Data Migration Cockpit.

Exposure to S/4HANA solution roadmap and Best Practices; industry process knowledge across

manufacturing, consumer, life sciences, etc.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops, drive design decisions,

and engage senior stakeholders.

Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and operate in dynamic

environments.

Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail; effective time management.

Track record in pre-sales support: scoping, demos, estimation, staffing, and proposal support.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
