Set up organizational structure and global settings for MM module using IMG. Define Purchase Organizations, Storage Locations, assign Purchase Organizations to Company Codes and Plants, and assign Plants to Company Codes.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs.
Design, customize, configure, and test SAP MM processes including plant parameters for MRP and consumption-based planning. Define MRP groups and controllers.
Prepare Business Process Blueprint (BBP) and GAP analysis documents; identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.

Vendor Master configuration including Account Groups, Partner Functions, and field controls.
Extensive experience in Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Invoice Verification, and Purchasing processes.
Expertise in Material Master, Info Records, BOM, Material Types, field selections, and number ranges.
Experience in Quota Arrangement, Source List, Vendor Evaluation, and Account Determination.
Configuration of Inventory Management movement types, Goods Receipt/Goods Issue, Stock Transfers, Supplier Consignment, and Logistics Invoice Verification.
Experience in Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Outline Agreements, Subcontracting, Release Strategies, and STO processes.
Configuration of Message Types, Access Sequences, and Output Determination for Purchasing Documents.
Experience in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Strong understanding of accounting integration within MM.
Ability to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
Setup tolerance limits for invoice verification and invoice blocking/release procedures.
Experience in creating LSMW objects for Material Master, Vendor Master, BOMs, Source Lists, and Info Records.
Development specifications for RICEF objects including Reports, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and custom SAP reports.
SAP WM Functional Expertise
Configure and support SAP Warehouse Management (WM) processes including warehouse structure setup, storage types, storage sections, and storage bins.
Configure WM movement types and interfaces between WM and Inventory Management (IM).
Define and configure Put-away Strategies, Picking Strategies, Storage Type Search, and Section Search.
Experience in inbound and outbound warehouse movements using purchase orders and sales orders.
Configure Transfer Requirements (TR), Transfer Orders (TO), and automatic TO creation.
Experience in Warehouse activities involving barcode label printing and RF scanning solutions for warehouse operations.
Configure WM integration with MM, SD, QM, and PP modules.
Experience in physical inventory processes in WM and Inventory Management synchronization.
Understanding of Handling Units, Batch Management, and Serial Number Management in warehouse operations.
Experience in Warehouse process optimization and inventory accuracy improvements.
Integration Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with ALE, EDI, and IDOC interfaces for inventory and purchasing transactions between SAP and Non-SAP systems.
Integrated MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, and WM modules.
Validate business processes through Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct End User Training, Go-Live Support, and Hypercare support activities.
Technical Experience
Candidate should have minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation, Rollout Project, and Support Project experience.
Preferably 6–10 years of SAP MM experience.
Must have worked on at least one S/4HANA implementation project.
Preferably 2–3 years of SAP WM experience.
Strong experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Batch and Serial Number Management, Output Determination, Purchasing, Pricing, and Release Strategies.
Experience in Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Final Preparation, Go-Live, and Production Support.
Experience in WM processes with barcode label printing and RF scanning solutions for warehouse movement transactions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
