Job Description:
- The role demands close coordination with Aurora & S4 Business along with Ariba & S4 PDO teams & a solid functional and technical understanding of Ariba B&I integration with SAP S4 HANA.
- The person should be able to understand the requirements from Ariba Business and work closely with Ariba functional team to layout the impact to Arib-S4 integration.
- The role requires the person to have solid understanding of S4 [MM, FICO] along with aspects of Ariba integration with an ability to detail the functional & technical impact of any Ariba changes in S4. 4.
- The role demands to create & maintain Business Requirement Document, a detailed Functional Design & Build document based on the requirements from Business with clear call out of impact & changes to Ariba-S4 integration & changes in S4.
- The expectation of the role is to operate in DevOps mode - with an ability to provide seamless provide support across Major enhancements/Market Launches, Minor enhancements [L3], Production incidents/issues [L2] and support Business as appropriate for L1 incidents simultaneously.
- The person should work closely with Ariba functional & technical consultants, S4 PDO teams to guide them on implementing the functional design technically.
- The person should provide guidance to Ariba functional consultants and testers on any impact to Ariba and on test scenarios & cases for validation due to Integration changes.
- The person should have a good understanding on the master data dependency between Ariba B&I and S4, be able to provide inputs & guide the data loading team.
- The person should also be responsible for monitoring of jobs that send master data from S4 to Ariba.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in SAP S4 [MM & FICO] must have
- At least one major implementation of Ariba B&I integration with SAP S4 HANA [Cloud version] - must have.
- Good knowledge in webservices [REST / SOAP] and hands on experience in working in XML, JSON.
Skills Preferred:
- Exposure to Purchasing process & Ariba P2P functionality will be an advantage - nice to have.
- Working experience & knowledge in Agile methodology and working in Cloud solution.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in SAP S4 HANA Solution.
Education Required:
- Any college/university degreee
