JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support SAP MM functional activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Design and implement SAP MM solutions aligned with business processes and project objectives.
• Configure SAP MM modules in accordance with project standards and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support solution design, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and process harmonization.
• Develop and execute functional testing strategies, including SIT and UAT.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support during implementation.
• Identify and manage configuration conflicts across multiple SAP projects.
• Ensure proper documentation of functional designs, configurations, and business processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM).

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.

Strong knowledge of:

• Procurement
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Goods Receipt & Goods Issue
• Stock Transfers
• Material Master
• Vendor Master
• Valuation

Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with:

• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP WM/EWM
• SAP FI/CO
• Experience in functional design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Good understanding of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan ALM) methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile project environments.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
