SAP MM

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM Implementation Support: Lead and support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP MM module, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and objectives.
• Configuration Customization: Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory management, material master, vendor management, purchase order processing, and invoice verification.
• Requirement Gathering Analysis: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and create detailed functional specifications.
• Integration with Other SAP Modules: Work closely with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP WM, SAP FICO, etc., ensuring seamless integration and business process optimization.
• End-User Training Support: Provide training to end-users, preparing training materials, and offering ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of SAP MM processes.
• Problem Resolution Issue Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM functionalities, including identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing SAP MM functionalities, workflows, and business processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configuration, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience working with SAP MM module in a full project life cycle (from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP MM configuration, customizing procurement processes, inventory management, and integration with other modules.
• Business Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in materials management and procurement, with a strong ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex SAP-related issues.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.
• Certifications: SAP MM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in working with third-party tools or integrations for procurement and inventory management.
• Knowledge of best practices and industry standards for SAP MM implementation and management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
