SAP MM/PP Process Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP MM/PP Process Lead to spearhead large strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of SAP experience with a deep functional background in Planning & Production execution. You will be responsible for leading SAP adoption initiatives, driving solution strategy, and mentoring a team of architects and SMEs while demonstrating clear business value to clients. This role requires an expert-level understanding of the complete value chain within at least one industry domain and a passion for innovation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Solution Leadership: Lead strategic SAP transformation deals, taking end-to-end responsibility for solutioning within your specific track. You will drive the solution strategy by collaborating with account teams and partners, shaping deals to align with client priorities and competitive scenarios.
• Process & Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management. You will have experience implementing MTS and MTO scenarios and a strong understanding of BOM, PP-PI, MRP, and shop floor execution. Additionally, you will have experience in designing and implementing IBP Demand, S&OP, and R&S.
• Client Engagement & Innovation: Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops. You will interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and propose innovative solutions. You will also drive the innovation and transformation agenda in existing accounts.
• Team & Capability Development: Guide, develop, and mentor a team of architects and SMEs, continuously enhancing solutioning capability through reusability and automation. You will also drive performance evaluation and support and guide solutions within the Capability (COE).

Required Skills

• 15-20+ years of SAP Solution and Delivery experience, with a functional background in Planning & Production execution.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management.
• Global implementation experience, including template design/build and global rollouts.
• Expert understanding of both Greenfield and Brownfield (System Conversion) project methodologies.
• Strong experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, auto, retail, CPG, or life sciences is a significant plus.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification in core areas is preferred.
