Your Tasks
- Ensure product routing data in SAP is up to date with ongoing changes.
- Manage BOM for electronics and ensure BOM readiness for manufacturing, assembly process, enable
- correct backflush of parts for stock management
- Maintain correct part numbers, package types, footprints, Quantity, reference designators, and alternates.
- Monitor and maintain product lifecycle status.
- Manage Engineering Change Requests in SAP. (Support BOM corrections through the change management process).
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit traceability for changes.
- Maintain revision control and validity dates. Share all relevant information with interfaces and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Create and extend SAP Material Masters.
- Create SAP Work Center-Connect cost center to assembly area and cost center, working hours, calculation keys
- Create Production Version -Link IE & logistic information.
Your Profile
- SAP PLM, SMT Process, PCBA Process
- Functional competence production, logistics, controlling
- Formal education (and specialization)
- Bachelor of engineering
- Work experience - 6-8 years
