Key Accountabilities
Responsible for incident analysis and resolution related to Procure to Pay & VIM process in S4H.
Work with business teams to understand the issue & to provide timely resolution.
Own the IT Operations for the said process to ensure no business impact due to Incidents.
Provide detailed Root cause analysis. Clearly define corrective & preventive actions.
Follow ITSM process in resolving incidents & adhering to SLAs.
Create problem tickets & features to implement solutions/GAPs identified from Incident analysis.
Work with product teams to prioritize features as per the business urgency.
Own the end to end resolution of incidents while working with technical & integration teams.
Execute work arounds to manage crisis situations.
Review the FD, TD documents, test scripts. Participate in KT sessions.
Retain knowledge of SAP P2P & VIM processes within IT Operations.
Participate in functional validations & testing as part of upgrade projects/planned maintenance down time.
Support driving the UAT, Key user training & Hyper cares for the new roll outs.
Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
University degree level or equal by experience, combining Information Technology and Business management
Experience & Technical Competencies
8-10 Years of experience in SAP P2P & VIM with focus in AMS/Application support projects.
Expertise in S4H P2P- Procurement master data, Pricing, Source determination, Contracts/Schedule agreements, PR & PO release strategy, Inter/Intra company stock transfer with clarity on transfer of risk & stock in transit reporting.
Special procurement- Subcon, Consignment, Service entry.
Various types of physical inventor processes, split valuation & custom goods mvytype.
Expertise in VIM- Hands on experience in VIM Invoice archiving process, validation rules, definition of DP documents, field selection, Process types & Business rules.
Experience in handling incidents & changes in the area of SAP VIM.
Strong integration knowledge of P2P-VIM with R2R, TM, Logistics & MDM processes.
Candidate should have strong SPRO configuration, Business process & master data understanding to support IT operations.
Exposure to global application in an integrated environment. Understanding of custom solutions, workflow approvals, BRF+, Basis ABAP Debug from functional perspective.
Experience in Incident management involving complex integrated system landscape.
Good understanding of SAP Fiori usage for running business processes in S4H.
