Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM with implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, LIV, Pricing, and Release Strategies.
- Hands-on experience in Material Master, Vendor Master, and MM configuration.
- Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
- Good understanding of Subcontracting, STO, and Consignment processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MM integration with SD and FI/CO modules.
- Experience in enhancements, support, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM functionalities in line with business needs.
- Lead and support SAP MM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and conference room pilots.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver developments and enhancements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend business process improvements and system optimizations.
- Develop effort estimates, project documentation, and implementation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Support client stakeholders during testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives, knowledge management, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- One or two industry domain knowledge
- Client Interfacing skills
