Thane /Mumbai

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Min Graduate with preferably 1st class / 60% & above throughout.

EXPERIENCE

Total 12-14yearsof experience with min 8yearsofSAP

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • SAP MM /WM /SD Configuration & process knowledge.
  • Min1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM /SD
  • Knowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP, Retail domain
  • Min8years of SAP MM /WM /SDimplementation /support experiencewith experience in domainofretail/cpg/fmcg/logisticscompany with preferably min5years of domain experience
  • Sound knowledge of businessprocesses& best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge,vendor & resource management, projectmanagementshallbe anadded advantage
  • Should be ready to work in anon IT, end user retail company like ours
  • People management, Handled /lead team of min 4-6 members

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Hands on SAPconfiguration&processes of MM WM SDfor 8years, min. Knowledge ofeWM, S/4 will be an added advantage
  • Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, routemanagement,retail,logistics, Indian indirect duties /taxes.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.
  • Quick at understanding the business issues, painpointsand challenges of org.
  • Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management
  • Effective resource & time management
  • Knowledge of Best practices in function
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, businessprocessesand recommendations related to proposedsolution.
  • Leads testing efforts.
  • Ensures issues areidentified, tracked,reported onand resolvedin a timely mannerduring testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Primary POC (point of contact) for solutioning, supportof projects,enhancements,supportin & around SAP MM /WM /SD.
  2. Drive &managesmaintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time, meeting SLAs. Plan implementations with least calculatedrisks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.
  3. Manages resources (external & internal) and partnersin accordance withproject schedule.Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.
  4. Apprising allstakeholdersespecially reportinghead regularly & escalating (if necessary) .
  5. Maintainsall proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards
  6. Handing over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT
  7. Leads maintenance & support, enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes
  8. Training team and end users
  9. Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in
  10. Effective testing of changes
  11. Doesbusinessprocess study with the helpof a businessteam.Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, businessprocessesandrecommendations related to proposedsolution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.
  12. Leads testing efforts.
  13. Ensures issues areidentified, tracked,reported onand resolvedin a timely mannerduring testing.
  14. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.Communicates effectively with internal & external teams, business community
  15. Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity
  16. Planseffectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
  17. Manages resourcesin accordance withprojectschedule.
