Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM (Material Management), SAP Ariba, and integration with Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role involves managing procurement processes, supplier collaboration, and ensuring seamless integration with production and quality functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support SAP MM processes including procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification
Implement and maintain SAP Ariba solutions (Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance)
Integrate Ariba with SAP MM using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering and process improvements
Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ensure timely availability of materials
Work closely with PP (Production Planning) team for production scheduling and material alignment
Coordinate with QM (Quality Management) team for quality inspections, batch management, and compliance
Configure and customize SAP MM, PP, and QM modules based on business needs
Monitor procurement lifecycle including PR, PO, GR, and Invoice processes
Ensure vendor management and supplier collaboration through Ariba
Perform system testing, UAT support, and end-user training
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP MM configuration
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, SLP)
Good understanding of PP and QM integration with MM
Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and procurement lifecycle
