Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and exposure to SAP HR processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Management, data governance, SAP MM integrations, and enterprise data migration activities within SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and implement SAP MDM solutions aligned with SAP MM and SAP HR processes

Configure SAP MDM architecture, data models, and governance frameworks

Integrate SAP MDM with SAP MM, SAP HR, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA systems

Manage material master data creation, maintenance, cleansing, and governance

Support HR-related master data management and integration activities

Execute data migration activities using LSMW, SAP Data Services, or Migration Cockpit

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, supply chain, and HR teams

Troubleshoot master data and integration-related issues across SAP modules

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDM consulting

Expertise in SAP MM and material master data management

Good knowledge of SAP HR processes and integrations

Experience in SAP MDM architecture, configuration, and governance

Knowledge of data migration tools such as LSMW or SAP Data Services

Experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environments

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP SRM

Exposure to SAP Fiori applications

SAP MDM / SAP MM certifications
