SAP MDK Consultant

The Senior SAP MDK Consultant will lead the design, development, and rollout of SAP Service & Asset Manager mobile solutions to support Motiva's refinery and terminal operations. This role is critical to enabling secure, offline-capable mobile applications integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, supporting field maintenance, inspections, and service execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Service & Asset Manager and MDK solution delivery

Act as the technical lead for mobile enablement across SAP PM/EAM workstreams

Design and develop SAP MDK applications, including metadata, rules, and custom logic

Optimize mobile solutions for offline usage, performance, and large refinery data volumes

Integrate mobile solutions with SAP S/4HANA (PM/EAM, MM, Service Management)

Collaborate with SAP Basis, Security, and BTP teams for secure deployments

Support UAT, cutover, hypercare, and transition to AMS/AMD

Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of SAP experience, with 4+ years in SAP MDK

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Service & Asset Manager

Expertise in JavaScript, JSON, and MDK metadata modeling

Solid understanding of SAP Mobile Services on SAP BTP

Strong SAP PM/EAM functional knowledge in Oil & Gas or refinery environments.
