Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP MDG-M Consultant with strong expertise in
OData services, integrations, and master data governance. The role involves working on MDG-M enhancements, system integrations, and ensuring high-quality material master data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance OData-based services in the SAP MDG-M environment
- Implement custom extensions within MDG
- Integrate external systems (e.g., VAULT, OpenPDM, engineering systems) with SAP MDG-M
- Perform analysis, cleansing, and harmonization of material master data
- Develop and implement REST APIs for seamless system communication
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, and IT stakeholders
- Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization in MDG
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG-M (data models, governance processes)
- Hands-on experience in OData services (development & extension)
- Good knowledge of REST APIs & system integrations
- Experience with middleware & external system connectivity
- Understanding of engineering/PDM systems (preferred)
