Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model). The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, technical development, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions aligned with enterprise data governance strategy.

This role requires deep technical expertise along with strong solutioning and client-facing skills.

Job Description:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end SAP MDG technical architecture on S/4HANA
• Define MDG data models, workflows, validations, and derivations
• Architect scalable RAP-based Fiori applications
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance framework

Technical Development

• Develop and enhance MDG components using:
• ABAP (OO-ABAP)
• BADI / BAPI Enhancements
• BRF+ configurations
• IDOC & Web Services integration
• Build RAP-based applications in S/4HANA
• Develop CDS Views and OData services
• Implement Fiori/UI5 applications

Integration & Data Management

• Integrate MDG with SAP ECC / S/4 modules (MM, SD, FI, BP, etc.)
• Design data replication and data migration strategies
• Handle DRF (Data Replication Framework)
• Work with SLT, CPI or middleware integration

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG (BP, Customer, Vendor, Material domains)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Expertise in ABAP on HANA
• Strong experience in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
• Experience in CDS Views & OData
• BRF+, Workflow, Data Replication Framework
• Fiori/UI5 development knowledge
• IDOC, ALE, Web Services integration
