Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement SAP MDG modules (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.).
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze master data governance requirements.
Design and maintain data models, UI configurations, BRF+ rules, and workflows.
Lead or support data quality, validation, and enrichment processes.
Integrate SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems for data replication and synchronization.
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure data governance best practices are followed.
Support testing, training, and deployment phases across projects.
Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and provide training/support to end users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
510 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.
Proficiency in master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Financial data.
Strong experience in MDG data modeling, UI configuration (FPM), BRF+, and workflow development.
Understanding of Data Quality Management (DQM) and data replication frameworks (SOA, ALE, IDoc).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment is a strong plus.
Experience in ABAP (especially in MDG context) is desirable.
Familiarity with MDG Consolidation and Mass Processing functionalities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
