About the Role
Join our global team in driving large-scale S/4HANA transformations for leading international clients. We are looking for an experienced and passionate SAP MDG Functional Consultant to design and deliver innovative Master Data Governance solutions that shape the digital backbone of global enterprises.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions focused on Customer, Vendor, and Contact master data. This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP Business Partner concepts, data structures, and governance processes to ensure high-quality, compliant, and harmonized master data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP MDG-BP implementations.
  • Configure MDG data models, UI modeling, change request types, and workflow rules for Business Partner master data.
  • Define and implement validation and derivation rules using BRF+ and standard SAP frameworks.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support data replication, error handling, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external systems.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance policies, including duplicate checks, data quality rules, and approval workflows.
  • Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Maintain documentation for functional designs, test cases, and process flows.

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP MDG Functional Consulting, with a focus on Business Partner domain.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Business Partner architecture, including Customer/Vendor integration (CVI).
  • Hands-on experience with BRF+, workflow configuration, and UI/FPM modeling.
  • Familiarity with data replication frameworks (DRF) and error handling mechanisms.
  • Experience in data governance, master data harmonization, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in functional documentation, testing, and user training.
