SAP MDG Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, Vendor, or Finance master data
• Extend MDG data models, configure UIs, and design workflows using BRF+, including enhancement frameworks
• Configure DRF (Data Replication Framework) and ensure smooth data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Document master data processes using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, or equivalent modeling tools
• Work on data validation, profiling, cleansing, and migration strategies
• Utilize SAP Data Services, Data Steward, and similar tools for data enrichment and quality
• Support SAP MDG upgrades, system enhancements, and process optimizations
• Collaborate with multi-functional and cross-cultural teams in pre-sales and RFP activities
• Work under tight deadlines and short notice while maintaining quality standards
• Participate in SolMan, ChaRM, and JIRA (if applicable) for change and issue management

Required Skills and Experience:

• 23+ SAP MDG project implementations with S/4HANA
• Strong experience in Workflows, BRF+, DRF configuration, and data model extensions
• Functional understanding of SAP MM / SD master data and related logistics processes
• Hands-on expertise in Process Modeling and Data Replication Techniques
• Experience in SAP MDG module activation and configuration
• Exposure to RFPs, pre-sales, and customer engagement activities
• Familiarity with Solution Manager, JIRA, and Change Management (ChaRM)
• Prior experience working in multi-country, multi-cultural landscapes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel short-term or long-term internationally as required
• Excellent time management and client-facing capabilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Data Services, Data Steward, and MDG Upgrades
• Exposure to Finance master data governance and Key/Value Mapping
• Knowledge of non-SAP system integration techniques
