Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SAP MDG implementation and enhancement projects.
Design and configure MDG data models, UI, workflows, and business rules frameworks.
Manage data migration, data validation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
Integrate MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP systems using standard frameworks and APIs.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data governance processes.
Drive master data harmonization and standardization across business units.
Support change management, testing, and user training activities.
Ensure alignment of MDG solutions with overall enterprise data strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP MDG.
Strong understanding of MDG Data Models (MM, BP, FI, CO, and Custom Objects).
Hands-on experience in BRF+, DRF, UI Modeling (FPM/Floorplan Manager), and workflow configuration.
Expertise in data migration and integration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS) or SLT.
Experience working with S/4HANA MDG on HANA is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams and engage with business stakeholders.
