Skills & Experience
- 9-12 years in SAP field with more than 8 years of experience in SAP MM. Experience in SAP ECC, Green field implementation /brownfield implementation necessary. Experience with S4 HANA a good to have.
- He / She must be able to participate in various SAP project stages like Template Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, Template Build, Testing, Go-Live and/or Support projects.
- Should be able to acquire a good understanding of business process and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business stakeholders needs.
- Should possess an ability to guide the customer for new ways of working.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Experience in delivering presentations / training sessions.
- Write Functional Specs / Configuration documents. Preparing and conducting user trainings.
- Experienced in working in multicultural and cross-border teams. Communicate effectively with project managers, team members and clients.
- Must be result oriented with a positive attitude. Have the willingness to develop new professional skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work out of client office, willing to travel onsite for short/long term.

- Ability to understand and define organization structure.
- Configuration of document types for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Setting up release strategies for approvals.
- Configuration of valuation and account assignment.
- Customizing pricing procedures and tax codes in MM.

- Material Master

- Purchase info records
Procurement Processes / Inventory management / Invoice Verification
- Purchase requisition and purchase order management.
- Understand and be able to independently customize SAP MM specific processes.
- Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Transfer Posting
- Stock Transfer and Stock Transport Orders
- Batch Management and Serial Number Management
- Integration with SAP FI Accounts payable
- Physical inventory and stock room
- Material Movements
Contract management
- RFQ
- Scheduling agreements.
- Contracts
- Vendor evaluation
Integration with Other SAP Modules:
- MM-SD: Third-party procurement and intercompany processes.
- MM-PP: Material requirements planning and production integration.
- MM-QM: Quality inspection during goods receipt.
- MM-FI/CO: Automatic account determination and integration with financial postings.
