Role Summary

As an Application Lead for SAP MM (Materials Management), you will drive design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions. You will lead teams, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic input to ensure delivery excellence. The role requires a strong SAP MM expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP MM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client engagements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams for high performance.
• Drive decision-making across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Provide scalable solutions to business problems impacting multiple domains.
• Oversee SAP MM integration and configuration activities.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions for team upskilling.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on SAP MM Materials Management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP MM configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Full-time education spanning 15 years.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations.
• Cross-functional SAP module exposure (e.g., WM, SD, PP).
• Global SAP implementation project experience.
