We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP Master Data Management Lead to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role calls for a Functional MDM Lead with 15+ years of extensive experience in SAP MDM, specializing in master data governance across diverse domains such as SKU, vendor, finance, and store. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data quality and cleansing, overseeing data testing and implementations, and managing complex data workflows across multiple platforms. Experience from a Retail/E-commerce or a product-based company is highly preferred, coupled with strong Team Handling and Stakeholder Management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Governance Leadership: Lead and champion master data governance initiatives across critical domains including SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), vendor, finance, and store data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Data Strategy & Quality: Define and execute a robust Data Strategy, including initiatives for Data quality & cleansing to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
- Implementation & Oversight: Oversee all phases of Data testing & implementations, ensuring successful deployment and integration of master data solutions.
- Complex Workflow Management: Expertly manage complex data workflows across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization throughout the enterprise.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Provide effective Team Handling, mentoring and guiding data management professionals. Cultivate strong relationships through proactive Stakeholder Management, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various business units.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in master data processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and support for business operations.
Skills
- 15+ years of experience in SAP MDM.
- Proven expertise as a Functional MDM Lead with experience in master data governance.
- Deep knowledge across master data domains: SKU, vendor, finance, and store.
- Strong background in Data Strategy, Data quality & cleansing.

Qualifications
