We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations. The role involves solution design, stakeholder engagement, governance strategy definition, and leadership across functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations (ECC & S/4HANA), including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Act as functional lead / solution architect for SAP MDG across master data objects such as Material, Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Finance
- Conduct FIT–GAP workshops and work closely with business stakeholders to define governance processes and data standards
- Design and configure:
- Data Models & UI Modelling
- Change Request Types
- Workflow (Rule-based / BRF+)
- Validations & Derivations
- Data Replication Framework (DRF)
- Drive data quality, governance policies, and compliance standards across enterprise systems
- Lead data migration, validation, cleansing, and remediation activities
- Collaborate with technical teams for MDG integrations with ECC, S/4HANA, and Non-SAP systems
- Provide leadership for functional teams and mentor junior MDG consultants
- Prepare and maintain Functional Specs, Business Blueprints, Configuration & Training Documents
- Support post go-live activities, enhancements, and production issues
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, with strong focus on SAP MDG
- Multiple end-to-end SAP MDG implementation experiences
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Data Model Enhancement
- DRF (Data Replication Framework)
- BRF+ Rules & Workflow Configuration
- Data Quality & Governance Processes
- Experience integrating SAP MDG with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and Non-SAP systems (RFC / SOA / ALE)
- Good functional knowledge of SAP SD / MM / FI Master Data
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in client-facing and leadership roles
Preferred Skills
- SAP MDG Certification (preferred)
- Experience in Central Governance & Master Data Consolidation
- Exposure to large, global rollouts and complex system landscapes
