SAP HCM Functional Consultant – S/4HANA | Talent & Core HR Modules

We are currently hiring experienced SAP HCM professionals for a role focused on Employee Data Management and Talent/Performance Management within an S/4HANA environment.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a global setup, driving HR system enhancements and supporting end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and support of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP functional designs
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of global HR master data
• Resolve complex functional issues through analysis and debugging
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize talent management workflows and performance tracking
• Support cross-module integration within SAP landscape
• Adhere to ITSM processes and SLA-driven delivery

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM
• Strong knowledge of PA, OM, and Talent/Performance modules
• Experience working in S/4HANA environments
• Ability to handle functional debugging and complex HR scenarios
• Exposure to global HR processes and integrations

Preferred:

• Experience in enterprise/global implementations
• SuccessFactors or Talent Management exposure
• Relevant SAP certifications
