SAP Marketing Cloud Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure marketing campaigns, segmentation models, customer journeys, lead management, and marketing automation processes.
- Support business users in campaign execution and optimization.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP Marketing Cloud and:
SAP S/4HANA
SAP ECC
SAP CRM
SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)
SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC/Gigya)
SAP Commerce Cloud
SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Non-SAP applications and third-party marketing platforms
