Sap Manufacturing Execution Systems Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP ME Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), reporting solutions, and end-to-end business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, production stakeholders, and IT to ensure smooth implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP ME solutions in a manufacturing environment.

• Implement, configure, and support SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution) modules.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP ME solutions.
• Develop and customize reports as per production and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ME applications.
• Work with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
• Ensure alignment of SAP ME processes with overall manufacturing KPIs and operational goals.
• Prepare documentation, user training materials, and conduct workshops as necessary.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP ME / MES Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems and shop-floor operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ME configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and optimize reports using SAP tools.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
