Job Overview
Creeno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced SAP Manager to lead SAP delivery, support, and enhancement activities for a key client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on SAP expertise along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP functional and technical teams (510 members).
- Oversee SAP support operations, enhancements, and incident management.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams.
- Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and ensure operational stability.
- Drive issue resolution, prioritization, and service-level adherence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP processes and systems.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance guidance to team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD / OTC (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of FI/CO, MM, VMS, CS/PM, and PLM (FI/CO experience is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in SAP configuration, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Experience working with global teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing SAP delivery for large or complex engagements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
