Your Role
SAP LMS Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS module
- Hands-on experience in:
- LMS configuration (items, curricula, programs, certifications)
- User roles, permissions, and assignment profiles
- Learning history and compliance tracking
- Experience in end-to-end SAP LMS implementations
- Knowledge of learning lifecycle processes (training needs, delivery, assessment, compliance)
- Experience in LMS integrations:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralAPIs, OData services, or middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI)
- Proficiency in system testing, defect tracking, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of LMS reporting and analytics (standard & custom reports)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutionsorapplications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. Heorshe is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. Hisorher work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of hisorher software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Your Profile
- SAP SuccessFactorsLMS Certification
- Experience with SuccessFactors Suite integration (Performance, Recruiting, etc.)
- Knowledge of content standards:
- SCORM, AICC, xAPI
- Familiarity with SAP CPI/PI/PO for integrations
- Exposure to HR processes and compliance frameworks
- Experience with learning content management systems (LCMS)
- Basic knowledge of data migration and LMS data models
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Plateau Report Designer, Stories in People Analytics)
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS environments
