Offshore QA Lead with strong Interface & Functional Testing

Offshore - Remote work from India.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offshore QA Lead to lead interface, functional, and end‑to‑end testing initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies, preparing detailed test scenarios and test cases, coordinating closely with front‑end and downstream teams, validating complex system integrations, and supporting full E2E testing across pharmacy, warehouse, and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interface and functional testing for combo pharmacy and transformation project.
• Own test planning activities, including test strategy, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Validate EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, 997, and 810.
• Execute and coordinate integration testing across pharmacy, warehouse, and financial systems.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end, middleware, backend, and business teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation across interfaces and reports.
• Document test execution results, defects, root cause analysis, and test metrics.
• Lead and support end‑to‑end (E2E) testing, including coordination of test cycles and issue resolution.
• Validate Warehouse Management System (WMS) workflows such as inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Test Accounts Payable (AP) VIM processes including invoice processing and approvals.
• Validate BW reports for data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation across source systems.
• Act as the onshore QA point of contact, providing status updates, risk assessments, and quality insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience, with prior experience as a QA Lead.
• Strong hands‑on experience in interface testing and functional testing.
• Proven experience in EDI testing:
• 850 (Purchase Order)
• 855 (PO Acknowledgment)
• 856 (Advance Ship Notice)
• 997 (Functional Acknowledgment)
• 810 (Invoice)
• Solid experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) testing.
• Experience testing AP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) processes.
• Experience validating BW reporting and downstream analytics.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business flows in pharmacy and supply‑chain environments.
• Proficiency in test documentation, defect management, and test traceability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for onsite, cross‑functional collaboration.
