Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

  1. SucessFactors certifications in Compensation
  2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  3. Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles

workflows and business rules.

  1. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to

optimise the Compensation solution

  1. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for

payroll. Experience: 8-10 years

Good-to-Have

  1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
  2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
  3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the
  4. customer's current process and future state requirements.
