Hiring: SAP CPI/BTP Lead
We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI/BTP Lead to drive enterprise integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects using SAP CPI/BTP and PI/PO, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Define and own integration architecture aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor integration team members.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement iFlows to integrate SAP Cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP C4C, and SAP ERP.
- Manage PI/PO monitoring, performance tuning, and architectural improvements.
- Oversee development of custom interfaces on SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, and WebMethods.
- Establish governance models, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
- Ensure secure data communication between SAP ERP, cloud applications, and external systems.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 812 years of SAP integration experience.
- At least 45 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP.
- Strong experience with SAP PI/PO architecture, monitoring, and custom development.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in solutioning and estimation for integration projects.
- Ability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.
