Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

. 17+ years of professional experience in a strategic or business role / consulting role
within the Technology/IT Consulting industry.
. Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
. Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated
ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
. Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
. Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
. Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
. Can adapt to consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-
requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
. Should be Multi-tasking and ability to handle a diverse breadth of topics and
stakeholders across different clients at the same time.
. Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation.
