Role Summary
SAP Ariba will lead technology delivery, enhancements, and roadmap ownership for global Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes. This role is responsible for driving solution architecture, cross‑functional integrations, stakeholder alignment, and governance for Ariba, SAP MM, and Fieldglass modules across geographies. The AGM will act as a strategic technology partner to the Global Director, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high‑performance procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Own the end‑to‑end SAP Ariba & P2P platform strategy, aligning with global business and IT transformation initiatives.
- Drive governance, standards, and best practices across SAP MM, Ariba, and Fieldglass ecosystems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (onsite/offshore) for solution delivery, rollouts, and production stability.
- Engage with senior global stakeholders, vendor partners, and functional heads for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and prioritization for all Ariba‑related initiatives.
Solutioning & Delivery
- Provide solution architecture oversight for SAP MM, Ariba Buying/Procurement, and Fieldglass.
- Lead end‑to‑end P2P transformation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
- Ensure seamless S/4HANA integrations with platforms like ServiceNow, Fieldglass, BTP, and Supplier Networks.
- Govern master data, workflow design, catalog management, and procurement policy automation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure system compliance with organizational procurement policies, audit guidelines, and SOX controls.
- Lead root cause analysis, problem management, and performance tuning for Ariba & MM landscape.
- Manage vendor SLAs, system uptime, and operational KPIs for procurement systems.
