Job Title: SAP Kinaxis Functional Consultant
Experience: 5–8 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT Supply Chain solutions including:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Inventory Management
- Capacity Planning
- Order Fulfilment
- Work on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, configuration, and support activities across different supply chain modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and scalable supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams for successful project delivery.
- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Participate in workshops, solution discussions, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure integration and smooth data flow between Kinaxis and SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation.
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP
- Inventory Management
- Capacity Planning
- Order Fulfilment
- Experience in designing and implementing Supply Chain systems and planning processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP APO / SAP IBP / SAP PPDS is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Exposure to manufacturing or retail supply chain environments preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
