Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive industry. Well versed in the complete operations of an automobile. High standards of communication and technical knowledge are expected from the ideal candidate for this post.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should Communicate with clients about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues
- Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers
- Ask open ended questions and record customer requests
- Ensure proper explanation of the content of work in detail
- Empathize and clarify customer requests.
- Co-ordination with the Pre-Sales/Sales Manager to ensure completion of questionnaire in time and update status to customers
- Ability to use and understand parts catalogues.
Required Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile or Mechanical Engineering graduate.
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in commercial vehicle industry, Automotive vehicle industry in particular.
- Experience with automotive dealer / distributor business processes, working knowledge of MS office, ERP (SAP) skills, customer handling skills and good communication skills. Logical thinking ability to understand the technical root cause of the problem with the vehicle.
