We are seeking a
SAP Junior MM (Materials Management) Consultant with
2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of procurement and inventory processes, with experience in implementation, configuration, and support within SAP MM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP MM modules including:
- Procure-to-Pay (PR, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification)
- Inventory management and material master setup
- Vendor master management
- Assist in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, business blueprint, and system configuration.
- Support testing activities: unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues in production and support environments.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional modules (SD, FI, WM) for integrated business processes.
- Maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring SAP solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / ECE) or equivalent engineering degree
- SAP MM Certification Mandatory
- 2+ years of relevant SAP MM experience in implementation, configuration, or support
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and vendor processes
- Understanding of SAP integration points with SD, FI, and WM modules
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new SAP technologies (S/4HANA preferred)
Good to Have
- Exposure to S/4HANA MM implementation projects
- Knowledge of MM-IM, MM-PO, and basic WM/EWM
- Experience in production or manufacturing industry processes
